Super Pevec Foundation Malt - 1oz

Pevec is a Czech word for songbird, and this malt certainly does sing in a clear and bright voice with light honey and white grape flavors. An amped up take on our Pevec pils, utilizing stewing techniques in the kiln to accentuate the white grape sweetness and add a little more body while still maintaining that fresh light grassy note in the finish and keeping the color low.
