Antero Wheat Malt - 1oz

Grown by Arnusch Farms in southeast Weld County here in Northern CO. Arnusch actually does the seed production for the LCS Genie Barley variety that we use and contract with our growers. Troubadour was fortunate enough to work directly with the Colorado State Univ. Wheat Quality and Breeding lab in identifying which varieties in production here in CO would be best to work with. The mouthfeel and head retention are bonkers, and the refined sugar sweetness from it tastes like frosted flakes.
